I think we are talking about two different things here: 1, some people note in their reviews that parts are missing; and 2, some people write reviews that say: "encore missing, 1 star." If you are talking about the latter, then I totally agree with you. That stink of entitlement is really offensive.

i think the issue comes down to controversy over the actual object of the stars: do they measure the quality of the show as performed or the quality of the listening experience available here in 2010? some clarity from the admin on the rating system would help here, no?
